Returns and Exchanges Policy

Exchange requests or returns on FULL-PRICED merchandise are accepted by mail or in the Beckley store with the original receipt and price tags within 14 business days of receipt of purchase.

PLEASE NOTE: All SALE purchases are FINAL SALE. Returns or exchange requests on SALE merchandise will not be accepted!

How to exchange or return FULL-PRICED merchandise?

Exchanges Mail Exchange: If you are making an exchange, please use the pre-paid return label that is included in your order. Fill out the exchange portion of the return label and drop your exchange at a UPS store. When we receive your exchange, we will process your exchange and mail it back to you at the original shipping address that was processed with your order.

In Store Exchanges: Bring the item you are exchanging to Beckley boutique (address below) and the personal shopper will exchange your item, as long as the item is still available. You will receive a receipt for the exchange once the transaction is completed.

Returns

Mail Returns:

If mailing your return with the pre-paid return label that was provided in your order, there will be a flat fee of $10 deducted from your return. The shipping method provided on the pre-paid return label will be UPS Ground. If you choose to use your own return label, than your receipt will not reflect the $10 shipping deduction. Lastly, we will not refund your original shipping charges. Your return will be reflected on your next credit card statement.

In Store Returns:

Bring the item you are returning to Beckley boutique (address below) and the personal shopper will return your item, as long as the return is within 14 day time period from receipt of goods and has all the original price tags and shows no signs of wear. You will receive a receipt for the return once the transaction is completed.

Payment Methods and Options

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards. Sales Tax

Sales tax is applicable on orders shipped to addresses in the state of California. California State law requires that we charge sales tax on the full amount of the order. Because charges for shipping and handling are considered part of the product, by law these charges must be included when sales tax is calculated.

Shipping Order Policy

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received during the week on week days before 1pm PST/4pm EST will begin processing that day. Orders received after 1pm PST/4pm EST or on weekend days or on holidays will begin processing the next business day. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise.

Shipping Options

Beckley offers four types of shipping options for delivery within the United States. At this time, we are unable to ship to international destinations, P.O. Boxes, APO addresses or US territories.

All packages are shipped via UPS and we offer the following shipping options:

Ground (5 to 7 business days) - $10
3 Day Select (3 to 4 business days) - $20
2nd Day Air (2 business days) - $25
Next Day Air (1 business day) - $35
