 Twinkle was born nine years ago in 2000 by designer Wenlan Chia. She debuted her first collection of vibrant and colorful chunky knit sweaters during the Gen Art Fresh Faces in Fashion Show and has since been inducted into the Council of Fashion Designers of America. Her passion for design has driven her to create a ready-to-wear, jewelry, home furnishings and yarn collection.
